Contract Period

Contract period for housekeeping personal is generally for one year further extendable with mutual consent in writing

Notice Period

Either is liberty to discontinue the services by serving one month notice. During the notice period, the services will not be interrupted.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

After having accepted the terms and condition by you, you will issue Work Order for the deployment of facility personnel. Please note that we need 30 day’s time to execute the work order.

PAYMENT TERMS

The bill for the particular month will be delivered to you latest by 5 of the next month. You will make sure that payment is released immediately on the receipt of the bill not later than 10″ of the same month Default/delay will attract 24% p. a. Interest

DEDUCTION TERMS

No deduction will be made from the bill arbitrarily without intimating us in writing. On receiving any such communication, the matter will be discussed by our manager with you and, if needed proper investigation will be carried out. The deduction will be made only once the same is in order and accepted by us. In case of theft/any loss to your property, matter will be reported by you to the concerted police authorities. After investigation report received from them and responsibility fixed, the case will be decided accordingly. No penalty/deduction will be made prior to that.

NO EMPLOYMENT OF EMPLOYEE

No employee of ours, who has worked at your site, will be employed by you without our consent. Otherwise it will be treated as Breach of Trust and you will be liable to pay six months wages without prejudice.
